Huawei CEO, Mr. Richard Yu, was particularly revealing in his statements to the French press. In addition to confirming the launch of the Huawei P40 series at the end of March in Paris, Mr Yu has announced that the company will unveil the new Huawei Mate Xs at the MWC 2020 in February in Barcelona.
In addition, Mr. Yu stressed that the Huawei Mate Xs will feature improved hinges, better SoC and better display, while reiterating its intention to release in Europe without clarifying whether this will be the case for the first version or whether they will go directly to the second. All we can say for sure is the installation of the Kirin 990 5G processor.
Following his interview, Mr Yu expressed his desire to continue making foldable smartphones and would like to see them getting lighter.
